The company purchased Caesars Boylesports for 9.4 billion dollars ... before being acquired itself by Apollo Global Management and TPG Capital for 31 million dollars. The bulk of this drop is due to the decline in revenue of 7 casinos in Las Vegas. In early 2009, the casino's losses are still accelerating and many observers predict the same fate as the operator of the Tropicana.
